The CableTrack© Sysfile
Created in 1991 as a separate division of NCC, Advanced Media Systems (AMS) maintains & distributes to agencies a unique database known as the CableTrack© Sysfile. The Sysfile provides agencies with access to
all ad-insertable cable systems in the country, network availability, traffic requirements and payable information. The Sysfile is available in all major agency stewardship systems (a.k.a. agency’s buying and billing software).

Buying Tools

is the first and only of its kind in the advertising industry, which provides a suite of electronic solutions from online planning to interactive avails/proposals to order and contract management to electronic invoice tracking and downloading. NCC partners with agencies everyday to create
solutions and make it easy to execute Spot Cable advertising buys with our intuitive eBusiness tools. Our online proposals are sent directly to the buyers’ desk where they are available for download in various formats, including the cable-industry standard spotcableXML format, and then imported into the buyer’s stewardship system.

Invoicing Tools
NCC is the industry leader in electronic invoicing. Since establishing electronic invoicing in 1998, virtually 100% of NCC's cable system affiliates are delivering electronic affidavits to NCC, and all of our invoices are processed from the cable systems to all the major agency stewardship systems electronically. Our web-based tools allow agencies to track, view, download, and print their invoices in multiple formats.

eBusiness Solutions
